4.10 and tall tires

How high should the rear tires be at least when having a 4.10 rear?

That's really up to you. The taller the tire, the fewer RPM's the engine will turn.

Good point! I was concerned about less rpm at occasional highway speeds.
But, with 4.10 I'm obviously not much into low revs (and mpg), even if I'd like better mph at the end, and at the end of the day, a dead T5R is a good T5R!  :naughty:
