My son just picked up his new Cadillac on Saturday

No, it’s not a GM  :eek4: , but a Dean Cadillac.  :2thumbs:    He has been waiting for about eight weeks since he ordered it to come in. It plays real well and the action is very good.
Dean’s are like Mopar’s in a way. It’s not a “me too” guitar. You have to want one. Yeap, dad’s a former rocker. It is cool to now have two quitars to jam with.

Also, Eric doesn’t have a soccer mom, but a rocker mom!

Awesome, I've been looking at the ML Dean but I might end up getting a custom Randy Rhoads polka dot V built for me when I can afford it. Right now, I'm sticking to my Jackson Rhoads. How does he like that MG Marshall? I have a MG250.

Very cooool!  :ylsuper:  Nice that Anna is into it too!

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Funny how they both are playing an A cord. . Please show the next slide so we can guess at what rock song they are playing.

Looks like Knockin on Heavens Door to me

:roflsmiley: Sorry folks. That line of "she's not a soccer mom, but a rocker mom" came straight from Anna.  :bigshades:   No she can't play a note. I had her put her hand there actling like she was chunking out the big "A" chord.  :smilielol:  We both are two nut cases if you haven't figured that out by now! :misbehaving:   We just thought those were funny pictures and posted them, too! She is definately not a soccer mom.

Awesome, I've been looking at the ML Dean but I might end up getting a custom Randy Rhoads polka dot V built for me when I can afford it. Right now, I'm sticking to my Jackson Rhoads. How does he like that MG Marshall? I have a MG250.
I never would have guessed that you were a rocker.
He likes the Marshall alot. Has some nice digital effects, too. Back in the day, all that Marshall had available were 50 and 100 watt tube heads with angled or straight 4 x 12" speaker cabinets. Geez, I am showing my age.  :bricks1:   :smilielol:
I must say that Eric's amp is solid state just doesn't have that warm tube Marshall sound like I remember. Just my  :2cents:

Hope you get your wings, soon!  ;)  :2thumbs:  The ML is a nice axe, too. He bought that Dean from www.themusicfarm.com in Ohio. They seemed to have the best price on Dean guitars.
Alan, Eric got a kick out of asking that he post something on Youtube. One of these days...

I agree, I just don't really like the sound of my amp. It's cool when I'm playing alone but when I was playing with my old band, it just sounded kinda bad. I really want to get a JCM2000 head and a 1960A cab.

Kewl guitar! Man I bet you will be shredding on that thing before you know it!!!!  I always regret not learning how to play. My uncle played a 68 Gibosn Les Paul and a Flying V for years. He is very talented and also studied classical guitar in college. He could belt out stuff like Dee with ease. He quit playing years ago and at one time I could have bought his Les Paul for 600 bux. I could kick myself for not doing it. I liked it over the flying v by a long ways and it had a much warmer sound imo. Gotta love those lead guitars    :ylsuper:

 Very cool guys.....and gal  :ylsuper:
Practice...practice....practice  :grinyes:
I used to lock myself in my room and waste the entire day on the fretboard, for years and years and years, (hence the reason I probably have no life now  ) J/K

You got a great setup there. Must have been great to finally get it  :jumping:
Though when I started playing there were little or no transcriptions out there, I did manage to get subscriptions with Guitar for the practicing musician/Guitar School/Guitar Player/Thrash Guitar/ Guitar World/ Guitar Classics etc.......
Just let me know if your looking for any particular trascriptions/tabs and I'll gladly send them your way if I have them man  :2thumbs:
