Looking for gauge pictures
« on: April 15, 2009 - 12:00:45 PM »
Has anyone put after market gauges in their standard gauge pod?  If so do you have any pictures and was the cost savings over purchasing a rallye dash and converting it worth the cost? Was it hard to do and mount the gauges?  Thanks

Dave

Any reason you're staying with the standard gauge layout?  I make a custom dash for mine that gave me the latitude to use a 4" speedo and tach.

I have most of the evolution of my dash in my flickr album.

I have more, and I'm not done.  I did this because a friend could make the plate for me.

If you have any questions, let me know.

WOW they are really awesome.  I like Devel's a lot but would most likely want it in black.

Assume you mean the bezels? I stripped the enamel off of them, then polished and cleared them.
