Crazy that guy wants 108 for it. Why do people think they can sell stuff for so much more than its worth?
There is a house close to mine that has been for sale for a long time. It is only 1700 sq ft and is on 1 acre. It was built in the early 80s. The guy wants 180,000 for it, which around here is WAY too much. 140 is more like it. It has been for sale for a long time. I wonder if that guy will ever sell it.
