I actually like the CFL's, they cut my electric bill down 50 bucks! And I buy the larger ones so they give off plenty of light.
As far as global warming, I laughed so hard the day I heard they conveniently changed it to "Global Climate Change".
I saw a show once about families who live "Ultra Green". These people will not use lights after dark, they ride bikes everywhere, and it gets even worse. They will only buy food that is grown or produced right in their city because they don't want the trucks that ship it to pollute the earth either. People can be really really stupid sometimes.
