I'm doin alright MoparAl. Still don't have a job. I found out the max amount you can get for unemployment is $392 a week, that's not gonna cover hardly anything. I hope I can find a job before I have to start relying on that. The Barnett shale, which is the natural gas field here around Dallas/Fort Worth, is not doing very well. The cost to extract gas out of the area is too high, and there isn't much work around here anymore. I'm trying to get on with a company that works out of Pennsylvania. Hopefully a friend of mine and I can get on at the same place so we can get an apartment together and keep our houses here in Texas. It would make things a lot easier.
It will all work out, I just wish something would come up soon. I had to do all my bills today, and that is pretty hard to do when you know you don't have another check coming and you are paying them out of savings.
