Looks great but what scares me is how will it hold up? I've seen cars years later and it looks very bad. Does the new stuff hold up better?

Yes, it is supposed to be much better. Who knows, if it ever fades or wrinkles it will come off.

Did you put the tint on yourself??

I just tried my front doors. Take door panel off. Take inner weather stripping off. Cuss like a sailor when the film just wants to stick and not maneuver around. I used soapy water and a squeegee. The same thing I used on my stripes, but this window film is a different animal. I gave up.   :faint:

Looks nice, very stealthy, like wearing sunglasses...  :smokin:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

No. The dealer that I got the car from told me how good their tint guy was. They tried two times and each one was BAD, so I ended up taking the car to a custom shop and it looks great. It would look better without the lines from the rear window defroster though.  :dunno: Oh well.

I put tint on a couple of trucks that I had years ago and they turned out pretty nice, but not worthy of this car.

Looks perfect! I would never have a new ride without tint. I have never had any problems with mine and been tinting my rides since 96, go to a custom shop, they do it all day and have plenty of experience.
