Orange inspection card?
« on: May 18, 2009 - 09:28:08 PM »
Sooooo.... I found an orange 'Inspection Card' under the carpet of my 72 Cuda when we taking her apart.  The original carpet and floors were in great shape as is the card (for being 37 yrs old!).

Question is .... it would appear that this card was one of the last items placed in the car prior to the car rolling off the line (post seat install, of course).  The card has a date stamped on it 'March 24, 197?'  I can't tell if it's a 1 or a 2.  Would a build date of 3/24/71 make sense?  Or, 3/24/72?  Other way to tell?  Thanks again for the help!!!

March of '71 would be to early for a '72, unless it is a "revision" date for the card itself?

Can you scan it & post the images?
