Any suggestions on straightening one of these?  My old one is warped and if I can fix it, I would rather do that.

I put mine in the oven at about 175 deg F for an hour or more. Guess what - the speaker grill stayed the same as what time has done to it. Did not make any difference. Warped grill in a brand new dash. Won't slow the car down any.

I'm not sure how warped mine was, but while had it out for a year I stored it with a 5LB weight on top of it.  seems pretty flat to me.
