Did any T/A's have the antenna in the front fender?

Yes, it is a legit T/A. Must have been a dealer installed radio. On closer look at the antenna mast on the fender it doesnt really look like its in the right spot either. It is a B5 blue with B5 interior and console shifted auto. Pretty rough though. The people know what it is but it remains to be seen how they will restore it. It is an original owner family. The dad bought it new and has died and left it to his daughter and son.

The last time I was there I had my camera and everything but I still have a problem with putting people out and asking to take pics of their cars. I have a couple of crappy pics that I took with my phone last year but there is not much detail to them.

Thats what the great southwest sun does to cars that sit in it unprotected. It looks silvery white to tell the truth. Almost all traces of blue are gone from the outside. Since I got to open the door and look at the interior last time I saw it you can clearly see the B5 in the door jambs and the interior is obvious too. Looks like he had painted it a couple of times including at least once for the hood.

B5 on blue interior. I am not up on the blue interior colors but it looks like medium blue just like the paint on the jambs. The interior is actually not too bad and is all there, its the outside that looks to be rusty and rough.
