I looked through about 90% of what I had in one area. Closest I came was april of 99. If you could lay your hand right on a may issue it would be faster. Mine have always been scattered

I just checked my magazine stash and when I couldn't find anything older than 2001 the light bulb went off.
When we moved into our new house back in 2001 all of my old magazine stash got thrown away in the move by my better half.    I completely forgot about that happening. Sorry, but I don't have the issue you are looking for. If I had it it would be yours. My mistake.
