"more precise tolerances"? Like that hasnt been done before. The best engine shops in the world have been building the most "precise" engines technology allows for many years. Unless he's uncovered some alien technology, I'll remain skeptical.

These guys only got 63mpg-still pretty good for a v8 Mustang.
