    Fender Bolts

    I have conflicting info...in 1970 mounting the fender to the inner fender, on the top.....was there 3 studs with nuts per fender or was it all just bolts?  anybody?  any pics? :1zhelp:

    My car hasn't been taken apart, so in the lower left corner of this pic you can see a bolt and a washer.

    I have seen them both ways. A 72 Rallye here in town has the 3 middle hole filled with studs and nuts, I had a 70 'Cuda that had all bolts as well though. My 71 had all bolts but it had been repainted a couple of times so no telling how it was from the factory.

    Mine is a 70 Barracuda that I have owned since new.  The fender has never been off and all 5 bolts are untouched.

    Three (or four) studs on AARs & T/As, the rest used all bolts in '70.

    Well, they were supposed too, there are random exceptions after the T/A cars started to be built.
