the bushing that is missing in every picture is the rear slider bushing that fits on the raer of the slider track , it has a thin groove that fits oveer the edge of the track & a removable part that crates a thich groove this pulls apart & inserts through the regulator arm so you have the alum window base then the thin groove then the thick groove througn the reg then the spring then the bolt feeds through all of it .
