Well, my story got a little goofy.....
I had ordered from Andover belts......on May 25th.
About 2-3 days after ordering I got an email saying the belts were out of stock and on backorder. It would be 2-3 weeks.
Ok...so I waited. 3 weeks went by and after inquiring about where they were, I got no reply to my first email....I finally sent another email and then I was told it would be another 2 weeks.
I cancelled my order and got the very same thing from Wesco. Paid about $20 total more for everything. They shipped already and should be here tomorrow.
Well, not long after I sent my email to cancel the order I get another email saying that the belts are now in stock and will ship and I should have them in a few days if I still want them. Well, no idea what happened there but I told them that I had already ordered somewhere else. I also asked for a confirmation of the cancelled oreder and got NO reply back yet.
I'll tell yam customer service is sure hit and miss these days...dont even get me started on my "performance peddler" story...LOL
