Do all 4 speed e body cars get the bracket on the outside firewall that goes into the pedal assembly?

My friend sells that bracket.  Look for Wilson Productions on-line or in Mopar Collectors Guide.   I just put one in my firewall 2 days ago when I hung my pedals.
