Seen this ad in a magazine the other day, say`s  it stops rust and you apply it directly over the rust. Has anyone used it or know of anyone that has? Or is it TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

there's a lot of companies with similar claims to this. So many variables I think.
Amount of rust, humidity in area, exposure after treatment. They work but nothing stops rust forever.
