Yes, I ALWAYS get the charcoal question......

I've been using it for years..
1. Soaks up mosture coming up through the floor... (caution dont use the Matchlite stuff!)
2. Mice dont like it!! The garage I store the BIG GIRL in always had mice... but they stay away from the car!!!

Here's the BIG GIRL... she'll be doing parade duty tomorrow morning!

Thanks, My grandpa taught me that trick. Also works great in mail boxes. Bugs, and spiders dont like it either. They don't seem to build nests in ours :2thumbs:

Yeah I'm really glad we put the f.c.'s on my Charger.  Our driveway is a slope going in and I have to go in & out of it at an angle so bottoming out isn't as bad.  The frame connectors' took away all the poppin' & crackin' going in & out of the garage.  Also a good idea when running slicks.

Sure the full length ones' look great but this way the next caretaker of my car won't have as much work to do in case they decide to eliminate them.  :dunno:

That old parade sled looks super clean.  Is that a Catalina?  What powers it?

Charcoal huh?  Never knew that.  Is the charcoal still usable come spring time or does the moisture ruin it?  I may have to give that a try.

I agree all the old "haunted house" sounds are gone! Yes part of the designwas EZ removal, if you needed to.

The BIG GIRL's a Grandville!  455/TH400/2EX

I can usually get 2/3 seasons out of the carcoal. It will need replacement this fall. When the stuff starts getting greyit's done!
