well the Carb is at least 100 cfm too small , I generaly start with 2x the CI so 750-800 Proform or Holley HP would be my choice .
The cam is small & being Comp grind will cost you some power , I would be looking at a Lunati grind
What heads exactly are you using, any port work done , I bet there is some power lost there as well
AT almost 100 MPH in the 1/4 you should be a second faster so traction is hurting you as well , some Nitto drag radials , & or suspension improvements would help a lot too , SS springs with clamped [U bolt ] front sections would help a lot , pinion snubbers are a mixed bag , they work but are bad on the street pounding against the floor

I got tired of the thumping and bumping associated with an adjustable snubber so I went the route of the Ground Pounder from Just Suspensions.  Much better!!!

Stock torque converter isn't doing you any good.... Is this a street/strip car or strictly race?
Send these guys your specs & they will make one for you
