   YOu know, if that is the ad I'm thinking off, I actually sent out for that information and received literature on that car.  I think it was a silent auciton going to the highest bidder, from the early 80's.  I love that car!  I have the DVD and the BOOK!  Did you know there wa a book?  Of all places, I found it in my in-laws closet one time searching around for gift wrap!

Had no idea there was a book. I love the formula firebird that got trashed in that movie too. What a shame.

Eventually  , I'm going to make a 1/24th scale replica of this car then if that looks decent, I'm going to make a 1/8 scale version.  It's tough with the 1/8 because it's a later version with the big bubble window so I'll have to do a lot of mods to the body to make it work.  We'll see....
