I saw this car on another site . It is a 73 dodge .It has a hemi .It has a ta hood . it is what he says it is . I do agree that he should have done a better job on his ad . after all some could say that  they never made a 73 hemi ta ,and yet he did but whats better it was done fairly well . How about custom 73 challenger hemi with ta options . I like it . :bananasmi

A 392 hemi? Seems like an odd match for an E-body since they were only made in '57 and '58. Still an awesome engine, but you don't usually see '50's engines in '70's cars...

So is a 2000's Hemi in a 70's car any different?  I like the look of the 392, especially with the chrome FirePower valve covers.  As for the car, I have not seen it, but the location is the same as a guy that sells a bunch of Mopars on Ebay.  Whether or not it's the same guy I don't know.

It's a clean car, but yes, his description of it isn't exactly the best way to go about with the sale ad.  As for a 392 in an e-body, 392HemiNut used to have one in his car (now has a modern Hemi under the hood).

I never said there was anything wrong with the car, just that he shouldn't be so misleading about the car. Some people who don't know much about Challengers but who is looking for a car may think this is some ultra rare option.

Yes, but it is a crate motor. There have been rumors forever that we will get the 6.4 392 soon but the economy took care of that I think. I think they should skip the BS and go straight to the 426. Go big or go home.

2008 Challenger = loving every minute of it
1970 Challenger = work in progress
1970 + 2008 Challenger = pure bliss
