Front Bumper Question

Hey everyone! I changed my bumpers & brackets over to 70-72 bumpers on my 73 Chally. Can anyone tell me if there is a front bumper filler needed? I know that the rear bumper has a metal filler but I'm unsure about the front. I would assume not due to the fact that the bumper is pushed in closer to the car but then again the rear has one. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

No filler was used on the front prior to '73

You need these for the front bumper.

No filler in the front.

The funny thing is that I've heard the 72 front fatia has the holes in it to mount the filler strips even though they weren't used until 73.
