adjusting torsion bars - pics?

Well, Im quite new at the old car thing so, sorry if this is commonly known.  I just put new rims and tires on my car, and i want to drop the front end a little, I read that adjusting the torsion bars can change your ride height.  Thats great, but i have no idea where to start.  any help is greatly appreciated.  photos would be great.  thanks, Jason

Jack it up to take the weight off the wheels , inside the lower control arm is a 3/4" bolt , undo it & count the # of turns , so both can be lowered evenly , recheck your toe in , it should be 1/16" - 1/8"
 you can see the bolt inside the lower control arms in the pic

you will need to align the car,it will drive better by lowering it, but get an alignment when your done
