Oh what the heck, we are family here, right?
I'm under my bathroom sink re-doing the plumbing. I'm in bare feet sitting on a semi-shag type of throw rug since the floor is tile and not knee friendly. Things are going well, and I put the finishing touches on everything. Then I go to get up...This is where it takes a nasty turn. In the getting up process, the second toe on my left foot somehow gets caught in the throw rug. Do you know the sound of a pencil snapping in half? Well, I now know my toe can duplicate that sound.
I felt instant pain. I felt stupid too, because if I had just been wearing socks, this wouldn't have happened. Right now the toe is a shade of plumb crazy purple. Out of due respect, I will not post any photos.
