Heater Box restorations

My heater box is in need of restoration, and I need to some help, I'm not real sure who to use I have seen  SMS at the Mopar Nats, and found two other places on the web Jules Daddios and Mopar Heater Box. Any information on these 3 would be greatly appreciated.

I did my heaterbox myself...not that hard to do. can be done in a day or two.

My box needs fiberglass work in a couple of spots,   outlet by the passengers feet and another spot is the fiberglass work difficult? I have never done any repair work like what I need. let alone having to repaint.

It's not that hard. I picked up a kit at the local auto store and away I went. Had it done in 2 days. Send me a pm with you email address and I will send aome pics of mine thoughout the entire process. Where are you located. If your close you could send it to me and I could do the repairs for you. Send me some pics of you heater box and let's see the damage!

There is an excellent step by step instruction with over 100 pictures done by a cuda-challenger.com member some time ago.   I don't have the link, but downloaded the file and used it as necessary about 4 weeks ago.   It was about as easy as it gets if you read the instructions.   If you can't find the link, let me know.    The file is quite large.

I used epoxy (two part) for repairs and it is doing just fine.   I used a clear satin lacquer over the box and it looks like new again.

If you know what the link is could you post it I remember seeing something somewhere on the this site or the web on how to repair the box but I can't find it again and I didn't save it in my favorites, Thanks Greg

I didn't save the link, but if you do a search on this site, you will find the reference.   It takes you to a site that allows downloads and takes about 5 minutes to load all the pics that are within.   It may be in the archives??
