'Cuda rear wiring harness: '70 vs '71
« on: August 10, 2009 - 09:47:31 PM »
I recently found my rear wiring harness to be in less than desirable condition.  So I decided to order both of the '70 & '71 repro wiring harnesses for a side-by-side comparison.  I have found that they are essentially they same other than the different wrap on each of them.

I still want to do a semi side-by-side installation to see if they'll both install the same.  I need to do this as they are wrapped a bit differently.

My main reason for all this is the $75.00 difference in price between the two.

Anyone have any thoughts on this other than the price difference? :feedback:

AS far as I can tell there would be no difference. Turn signals, parking lamps, back up, licence plate. I own a Challenger not a 'Cuda but the requirements at the back end are the same (I think)

No difference with a side-by-side comparison so far.  I'm going to be doing a side-by-side installation in a couple weeks.  Right now, the car is in the air and I can  get to this project yet.
