an HV pump with the stock pick up will empty a 6 qt pan on a long pull
I woulod use a stock volume high pressure pump & the 3/8 pick up & stock 6 qt pan

just do as cryco said and youll be fine ....  you dont need all that oil , just put it together ,break it in , do lots of burn outs!! you need 1qt of oil for every 1000 rpm . :thumbsup:

Hey Guys An Gals! My diff is in the mail from Doctor diff, and got some sweet gauges coming from summit. My next question is about the headers. As discussed before the TTI and Dougs headers are the best fit.
My question is...Are the Dougs just as good as the TTi's ?? They both are nice and shiny but the cost is fairly different.

You must have some serious engine if you are going with 2" primaries.     :grinyes:

For what it is worth(my meek opinion), it seems Doug's are designed like TTI's. They look like it to me anyway.

Are you running power steering? I am and had to beat my new ceramic headman headers to fit. I have heard TTI are the best fit, but I have also heard of some having to beat them with a hammer to fit also. :scared: I figured if there was a chance I would have to use a hammer to make a set of headers fit than I would feel better hammering a "cheaper" ( than TTI's) header. :grinyes: I won in the end! They fit OK now! :aarg:

MEK.. I'm looking at a bigger cam and head work in the near future so I thought I'd go bigger primaries. Should I stay with 1/7'8 primaries? Brads70..I hate the colour too  :roflsmiley: I am running power steering. I don't want to spend big dollars and still have to use a hammer  :eek4: defeats purpose of ceramic coating.
