 Mine had the tick, tock, action which was really kinda cool but eventually it passed in 1980 something. I had a guy called the "Tachman" do the quartz mechanism and so far it sweeps smoothly. Kinda miss the old sound of it though. :sadwavey:

I didn't realize how bad the access was.  I figured it just popped in from the back.  My clock spot has an aftermarket OP gauge cut in.  I guess we can safely blame Chrysler afterall.
