Exhaust flange

I went to Year One and found the flanges for manifolds but they have two different sizes. I measured mine and found the driver side is 2 1/4" ID and the passenger is 2" ID. Should there be two different sizes? If so, Year One only offers 2 1/4" and 2 1/2" flanges. Will the 2 1/4" work on the 2"? Also, the bolt pattern is different sizes. What gives?

I know the manifolds were not cast very well , the openings were barely round , I see no issue using the 2.25 on the 2" mainfold , it is only off by .125 all the way around
