Run it a while and see if you lose any coolant from the radiator. 

I've had many experiences with SB Mopes producing water in the exhaust. Once I failed state inspection because of it with my 360 Power Wagon truck with headers and one big 3" tailpipe. It PASSED the sniffer test but failed for "Visable smoke".  What was happening is the exhaust pipe had a lip on the very back from the muffler shop pipe cutter and the water was pooling in the pipe and creating white smoke in the back when the hot exhaust hit it. I asked the guy who put the red sticker on how it could possibly pass all the pollution tests but fail for smoke and he had no answer. I went home and filed the lip off the tailpipe so the water could drain out and it passed. 

My 318 Cuda would spit water out both tailpipes at idle. One of my friends called it a "Motorboat".

blue smoke = oil burning
black smoke = partially burnt fuel

Anyhow, I did another test. Antifreeze has a slightly greasy feel when rubbing it between your fingers, whereas water does not. Based on that, I'm pretty sure the water is not AF. But the quantity of it sure mislead me, as well as the thick yellow color, which looked greenish outside. Most times I've seen just a few drops, and it was clear, of water coming out a car's tailpipe. The yellow color may come from the gas, which is a year old, or whatever is on the inside of the new header pipes.

I'm sure glad I asked you guys first before pulling the heads or the engine! Thank you!

I noticed something else this morning. The water from the tailpipe had evaporated completely from the paper cup, while the radiator water (1/3 antifreeze) had not at all. That should definitively prove that the tailpipe water was not AF.

So I'll go back to the garage and put things back together! Tomorrow, I'll head out to get some plates for it, and then

Drive it.. I've also had AF go into the pipes during the teardown for one reason or another, and it needs to get operating temp to clear it out... Unless you have a rough crowd that squirts oil or coolat down the pipes while your engine's out... Funny as hell...

So, assuming that it is just spitting water, how do you minimize that?  I can't drive my 'Cuda without spotting the tail panel (hurray for black!).  Can I drill a weep hole at the elbow for the tips?  What about further upstream?  I'm OK with a little extra noise...

Mine's white, gotta wash it off everytime I drive it.

Find the lowest spot(s) and drill a small (like 1/16") hole there. I'd also use a model paint brush and apply some paint to the holes after too.

Half the time I spend working on the car is actually spent cleaning the floor, tools, parts, etc. Working under the car is always in a "dirt rain".
