Anyone Going to Barrie Automotive Fleamarket?
« on: September 11, 2009 - 08:08:05 PM »
I just spent the day quickly walking through it. For the probable overwhelming majority. It's a giant swap meet about 1 1/2 north of Toronto Ontario Canada. It's about double the size of Calisle's swap meet area.
It's like most swap meets 90% Chevy and Ford stuff. I did manage to score the front a pillar moldings ( I think that's what they are called? ) in black ( $30 Canadian). So that's almost all of the burnt orange , green and blue panels spray caned black replaced! Just the front and back window trim to go! They can wait as they don't see much "traffic".
Really hard to find Mopar stuff there though! I only found like 4 vendors that had Mopar stuff.  There was a crowd around those vendors too, they probably sold out in a few hours! LOL  I found the same "clip guy" I bought a few things from at Moparfest. Which was good as I needed clips for the door lock rods when I installed the new door handles!
Oh I talked to the company that said last year they would be producing the Challenger body in white. They said that they have been licensed by Chrysler and will be coming out with it this coming year? Don't hold your breath, but we will see?
