small versus big block engine interchangeability?

I have a bunch of new parts for a 318 that came with my car when I bought it. ARP bolt kit, cam/lifters, timing chain, oil pump, etc. etc. Can any of these parts be used on a 383? I'm expecting a "no" answer, but thought I'd ask. Thank you!
