Listing for a friend.....

"Very nice survivor quality Woodgrain Rimblow steering wheel for 1971 B-Body. Stored since the late 80's!

This was originally from a 1971 GTX, but may fit other models. This wheel has no cracks at all. It does have expected scratches from age and normal wear to the wood grain finish (as seen in pics). The soft horn button is included with all attaching hardware.

The spokes have not been painted, and the original satin finish is in near perfect condition. The plastic horn ring is also the correct unrestored satin color, and in excellent condition with no peeling or discoloration. The horn switch is intact, and should be in working order. This wheel also comes with its original adapter hub, and all original horn wiring.

The soft horn pad has an unknown round circle in the center that I've not seen before. This is the only blemish I could find on an otherwise perfect horn pad. A portion of the rimblow membrane is missing (between 11 and 1 o'clock) and needs to be replaced during restoration.

This is a great example of a complete, survivor quality steering wheel. This is an excellent core for a low cost restoration, or use "as is" for a driver quality car.

$475.

I accept PayPal.

Please email at tufcat@netzero.net

Thanks for looking."

Tell him you saw it on Cuda-Challenger and Cody posted it :2thumbs:

It was worth that easy imo. Somtimes they get bought up for rebuild cores also. I cannot justify over a grand for a restored one but some day in the future I would not mind getting one in the same shape as the one in this thread for my car. I love the look of the rimblow.
