Chryco,
(or anyone else) are the 70 and 71 Challenger Rallye dash wiring harness the same? I need one and there is one on ebay right now that I might pick up. Thanks

NOT the same, but semi-interchangable.
70 Has a 3-prong horn relay/buzzer, 71-up has the 4-pronger.
71-72 both use 3-prong door jamb switches. 70 & 73-4 use 2-prong on one side, single prong on the other.
Most everything else is the same.
