1970 Challenger Trunk Lid Hardware Question
«

The hardware that attaches to the underside of a trunk lid - in my case on a 1970 FC7 Challenger - should be painted body color or no? I'm referring to the striker and it's two attaching bolts which seat into the trunk latch when the trunk is closed.
Thanks, Russ

Original paint. Notice how it had to be moved to adjust it once the latch was fitted.
