Any problems with MagnumForce?
« on: October 02, 2009 - 04:40:09 PM »
Has anyone had any issues with Magnum Force?

They are giving me the ole run around for the second time with the same order. First they dicked me around with my delivery date, and once I recieved the order it was wrong. Fixing the order was no issue, but after 3 additional weeks I still have no parts or delivery date. Its now been 3 months, and I still cannot put my brakes on my car! I spent a couple grand, this is ridiculous. :stomp:

I myself have never had a problem with him. I bought front end tools from him.  I really hope this matter gets resolved. It isnt like him to do this

I bought their dropped front spindles and had no issues with them. They arrived really quick, but I'm in Ca so that makes sense. I have heard "around" that they're customer service is not always the best, but I've had no issues with them myself. They were very helpful on the phone when I called with questions about the spindles. Sorry to hear you're having issues with them, hopefully its resolved soon.

Yeah, they were very nice and pleasent to talk to, but every time I asked for my order there is some issue. I am very understanding, but three months! They have told me on 3 different occassions that they were waiting on Wilwood and they would be in the shop in less than a week, and it would be shipped. The last time I was told my rotors were in and they would be shipped the next day - its now been 4 weeks.

I know i'm in Canada, but this takes the cake over any order I have ever made in the last 25 years. Funny thing, I ordered my rear brakes through a local performance shop and I recieved them 3 days later. HMMM? I'm not trash talking MF, i'm just trying to gain some perspective. Should've known better, my luck sucks.
