Vikings VS Packers

Well they've beat 4 super tough opponents in the Browns, Lions, 49ers and Packers who were a combined 17-47 last year. Think I'd hold off on the Super Bowl parade plans for just a little while.

  Good thing for the Vikes that Rogers had some key passes dropped other wise Packers win by 7 instead of losing by 7. Overall a good game but I agree in their division and schedule they should be set for the playoffs. Then after 16 games we'll see how deep they are. It will be interesting who Farve will play for next year after he retires once again. Personally..........he ripped the team and town that made him what his talent accomplished, he is the one who retired and when he didn't get his way..............well we all know that story. I would have never thought him to be that kind of guy. A NFL star he is, A Hall of Fame player he is, but what team will he choose to go into the Hall? SUPER SAD, and he can only blame himself as far as I'm concerned.

favre still has it........maybe can't scrabble quite as well but he sure can still drill that ball on target.man that was one excellent game,4-0 and i don't care if we played detroit and cleveland as all of you know any team can win in the NFL at any given week.

I have to admit that was an awesome game. Farve looked as good as ever. My Panthers are sucking wind so far so I dont have much to get excited about.

I'll have to admit I had no great expectations with them getting him. I think we have a very good team that just needed a captain. BF is winning me over one game at a time. Some say they have a chance for the Super Bowl with him. I'm still reserved about that but I guess we will see at the end of the season. Make it or not so far he looks like he's doing what they pay him for.

I read somewhere that the Vikes had something like the third easiest schedule in the league this year. Yes, things look good, but it will be interesting come playoff time. The Giants and Saints aren't looking too shabby over there in the NFC.

I think last year clearly showed that Farve's best days are behind him.  It was a pretty monumental collapse in NY losing 4 of the last 5 games. The Media there can be pretty brutal and that's why he took a powder, NOT because he wanted to retire again.  He couldn't talk his way out of blame for the collapse.

For those that have forgotten, the last 5 games last year > 2 TD's - 9 INT's
