I will play with the timing a bit more. And also try some new advance springs.
As far as the secondary plate being adjusted I did this only the help the idle and it has been better since i Have done this but think my vacuums has gone down a tad. I think I turned it out a 1/2 a turn. I will also try and go back a bit on this too see if my vacuum goes up.
