PIONEER STYLE? is that with a old fashion wood stove with the cast iron stove tops and such?parents had one of those way back when.............. now that was some labor to cook.. 
that's exactly it, the old wood stove with cast iron cook top, our cabin used to be the cookhouse for a hunters camp and then later became a resort, it just celebrated 60 years and not much has changed in the cabins or around the property. I'll try and find a pic of the stove.
