One of our old moderators and her husband were working on a  duster for their duaghter, it was the pixie duster and was going to be pink, they had some unfortunate circumstances.  Really, truly good people.
:iagree: Truly good, and sadly missed  :sadwavey:
The momentum they had going on that Duster  :jumping: :hyper: :jumping:
I remember the pics of pixie in the motor compartment sand blasting away.
It was really great to see the incredible amount of progress they did in such a short amount of time.
It even made the local paper if I remember correctly, (this was a few years back though, and I'm a bit blurry in the head  :eek4: )

 In time...............in due time

Your so right Scott..................GREAT people, the best. I don't want this to come accross wrong but that situation put me into a personal depression I truly still haven't overcome. I can't imagine how it must have felt, and I went through a similiar situation many years ago. Why some people can't mind their own business is beyond me. I miss and love Laura and Chris very much, and of course Heather too.   :sadwavey:

The last time I talked to Chris he said he was going to totally leave that up to Heather, when she wanted to work on it during summer break etc. he would take the time and money to make it happen. The completion was going to be Pixie and Dad, together.  :2thumbs:

Anyone talk to Chris or know if they made any progress on it?

Chris was on a few months back, and said they still had the car and it was on hold until Heather finished school.

We miss you Chris and Heather!  :2thumbs:

The daughter is pretty damn good looking... Being a huge Duster fan and the owner of a '73, I really want to see it get finished!

I sure do miss the Davis family.  They carried this site for many years before the population got to where it is now.  Great people.  I concider them great friends.
