Aluminum, Steel flywheels

i don't think i saw any posts about flywheels.  so here it is

steel or aluminum your thoughts ;D

for me i think steel it best for street and strip.

This is a fine line the heavier the car the heavier the flywheel needs to be , to light & ht ecar will not launch , to heavy & it wil rev slow
 for street strip , a 3500 lb car needs a 35 lb flywheel generally , more gear eg 410 instead of 3,55 will reduce the weight needed but to go with a 12 lb flywheel in a 3500 lb street car will not work well
