correct placement of under hood straps for harness

Ca anyone show me the correct places to mount these:


on a 1970 challenger  383 a/c?

Take a good look at this link.  There are two pictures on the first page that will tell you what you need to know.  You'll find a lot more good reference photo's for your A/C components from this thread too.  There is a thread on this site reguarding this car too...but there arn't very many good reference pics in it like there are in this link.

I have all pictures of that car but can't pinpoint all those brackets - I see 3 black loops but can't see the two (long and short) black straps, as well as 3 white brackets (I only see 3 on the D/S).

Your right...according to those pictures, you have 3 white straps and the shorter black strap(the one on the far right in your first pic) that are still unaccounted for.

The black goes on the left shock.

The three whites go.

1. Above the heater motor.
2, Behind the top horn.
3. To the D/S frame rail.
