What's it worth? A Daytona?
Lookin' to see what interest there might be in this '70 Hemi 'Cuda 4-speed in Fj5 limelight. It may be part of a multi-car deal I may be part of. Ultimately, the Hemi Cuda will be used to finance the purchase another Daytona to replace my current one, or if someone has a turn-key Daytona already and wants to trade straight-up, that's even better. The car had a paint job over 10 years ago and seems to have held up pretty darn good. The original motor is long gone, but does come with a complete '70 426 Hemi out of a Superbee, so the valve covers and such will be correct. The complete bubble assembly is present. It has black interior and will need the typical restoration. Comes with a bunch of NOS parts. The bad thing about the car is that it is missing it's fender tag and broadcast sheet. But, nonetheless, it's an original r-code '70 'Cuda. I'm posting this picture provided by the current owner and he is aware of my investigation into the possibly of horse-trading the 'Cuda for another Daytona. If anyone's interested, please let me know... This will be one of the factors in determining if I push forward with the trade. The hemi 'Cuda's a solid car, but I'm more of an aero B-body guy.
Cheers,
Troy
