I'm a newbie here, but I wanted to share a car club out here that I joined with you.
http://www.altamontcruisers.org/I have been to a few of their events and I really like this club. They have meetings every month and a cruise in car gathering every last Saturday of the month.
If you are around the eastbay we are having our 20th NOSTALGIA DAY CAR SHOW 2009 on September 27, 2009 in Livermore.
There will be a few challengers & me with my Cuda as well.
For nineteen years the club has held its Nostalgia Day Car Show on the streets of downtown Livermore, where the show has grown to a display of over 700 muscle cars, street rods, custom and classic cars and draws over 5000 spectators annually. Our motto has always been "Cruisers Against Drugs", and our annual Nostalgia Day Car Show has allowed us to prove that we mean it. To date, this fundraiser has enabled us to donate over $210,000 for local organizations that promote the Tri-Valley youth, help strengthen their families and help keep kids off drugs.
"The Altamont Cruisers along with our 2009 Nostalgia Day Sponsors are sure to put on another fun car show in beautiful Downtown Livermore. The show is scheduled for September 27, 2009 from 9 AM to 4 PM and is FREE to all of the spectators. There are food booths and vendors of every type."
