I have e-mailed them several times but haven't got any reply, so seems that their customer service is zero. Need to buy adjustable strut rods and HD tie rods/sleeves, what's the best source?

Much like Mancini, Firm feel is old school and provides the best service with phone calls. Struts and sleeves, Firm Feel, Mancini, XV, CAP Auto, maybe Roseville.  I might be able to get hold of some for you too. I used to be a authorized reseller for American Muscle, but I haven't bought anything from them in a long time.

  They are definitely old school and prefer to talk over the phone. I tried emailing them with no luck. Gave them a call and talked with them for over an hour about what parts combination will work best on my car for my application.

   Firm Feel's service is A+ in my book.  They've helped me out big time on my last car (79 300) when I needed the parts ASAP and they support ALL mopars and they are continually trying to get a better product.  For my Challenger, they'll be getting the first phone calls once my IRS check comes...

As an aside, if a business has an email address listed they should support it 100% or just not have it to begin with.

"old school" is fine, but dont publish a website and/or email address and then NOT support it.

Just sayin'.

Is there anything to choose between 'Steer and Gear' and 'Firm Feel'? Is one considered better than the other, or are they both good outfits, order from whoever is closer?

I have hit this problem several times and it really sucks  I'm pretty sure they use e-mail for communication.
At least here in Europe it's modern way to do business and support customers.
I'll give them a call...

I've done business with them over e-mail, and it worked great. If you're in Europe, like me, the best way to do it is to buy a used core on ebay and ship it to them. They need cores to stay in business, and it's expencive for you to send your core from europe. At least thats the way I did it.

I have pretty much only good things from Firm Feel, nice folks but they do mainly do business over phone.  Hotchkis now makes adjustable strut rods as well.  Jegs or Summit. But you wont get they type of support from them as you would firm feel.
