Hi All-
I'm researching heater core replacements for a 71 Barracuda 340 Non-A/C.
I�m hoping that your experience can provide some assistance. I�m not worried about concourse correctness. The only thing original on the car is the third lug nut on rear driver�s side.

Here�s what I found doing Internet searches. What I did find interesting is that the top four vendors all have the same part number, but vary in price. I threw Year One in for fun. What are your thoughts (on heater cores) and any recommendations?

Got mine from O'Reilly, fit just fine..Made in Mexico.

Nice detective work.

Yes, they are the same part numbers because they are made by TransPro and built in Mexico.
Year One changes the numbers slightly to hide it and of course are the most expensive.

I went ahead and bouth the heater core from O'Reilly's. Box says Ready-Aire by proliance, made in Mexico.
I purchased the heater box rebuild kit from Detroit Muscle Technologies (based upon ya'lls recommendation. And I noted to them that you did).
Last summer I rebuilt the actual carcass of the box- sorry, still no pics.
My wife is visiting her family in mid-December w/o me (

Gonna use the time to put it all together.
