Auto transport companies (Opinions and experiences wanted)
« on: December 30, 2009 - 08:00:44 PM »
I need to transport a '69 Charger R/T S.E. rolling shell (no engine or trans.) from South Milwaukee, Wi. to Ct. I got various quotes online. what I am most concerned about is the jobs these companies do and their honesty.
I would like to know if anyone has had experience with any of the companies I will list at the end of this post. I would like to hear both good and bad experiences.
These are the companies that having given me quotes:
Honesty First Auto transport
AA Automovers
Able Auto transport
Fox Auto Transport
American Auto Relocation
Bluestar Auto movers
Aaall States auto transport

Not familiar with any of those, but we just shipped with National Transport LLC with no problems.

Do you have their contact info? Do they transport in operable cars?

Here's their website.  I can't say for sure but it does look like they transport inop cars.  As with a lot of the shippers out there, they are a broker that hires a truck to carry your car, but we had no problems and their reviews seemed to be pretty good.
