I got on highway 19 heading north toward Leesburg today, and got behind an orange colored '71 'Cuda. It had black wheels, low profile tires, orange exterior paint with black 340 bill board graphics, Lee County tag, and the dual scope hood with 340 emblems. I was wondering if the owner hangs around here on the site or not.....
I've also seen a primer gray Challenger, somewhere around a '73 I think, a few times in Albany, saw it again a little later and think it was painted. Car sounded mean, even got the guys number so we could chat about cars and what have ya, but the number took off somewhere....
I don't think he enjoyed me walking up to him like I did.... I was kind of in uniform, and the ones I used to wear are extremely close to the G.S.P. uniforms, but I'm no longer in that line of work...
There are others around, some I've found, some I've yet to find. I have been told about a possible '70 Hemi 'Cuda in a particular neighborhood, and I know of later productions Challenger that got stuffed with a 426 Hemi and a 4 speed.....
