Tips needed: Replacing driver and passender window window beads/rubber

Folks  I have nwe beaded window seal set that goes on top of the door on my cuda:  I would appreciate any hints to make the installation a little easier

I have the door panel off, and removed the lower window bumper, and that almost let me lower the glass enough to remove the old bead:  Almost, but not quite........

How can I get better access to remove the old beads?

Remove the shoulder bolts that attach the windows to the regulators.  That will let the window drop (literally if you're not careful) to the bottom of the door.
