Looking for offset bushing diagram

In all of my searching on this forum, I found a thread where someone had posted a diagram of how to install the offset bushings.

It was a great diagram and now for the life of me I have NO IDEA where it was!

I found several references to "how to" but they were conflicting:

"To get the additional caster (street car 2.5 -3.0 degrees), the upper ball joint has to move toward the rear of the car.  This is done by installing the offset bushings such that the ones closest to the front of the car push the control arm out and the ones to the rear pull the control arm in.  These will offset each other and camber will not be affected."

and then

"There should be arrows on the bushing, just point them in the directions as shown. Arrows towards the outside of the car in the front and arrows inside towards the engine on the back."

Problem: The arrows on the bushings I got seem to indicate the opposite of what the second post says.

So I thought I would referto to the diagram...but cant find it!

Anyone know what I am yapping about?

Ok, found the picture I was looking for....found it on Moparts.

very easy really you just have the offset toward the inside of the car on the front bushings & towards the outside on the rear bushings

Thanks Chryco.....I was confusing the direction of the arrow with how the arm moves in/out.....the picture made it clear for me...

When I was installing I was wondering how critical it was to get the arrows "straight", which would depend on how you held the arm and what was considered "level".  I took a guess and aimed for the middle ground....LOL  I figured that if it were a huge deal it would have been talked about in one of the many threads.

the closer you get them to level the more adjustmnet that will be available , you will still have to adjust them sso as long as they work in the range where you want them set you are OK

Well, they are in now...so no going back I guess!  LOL

I held them up and guessed where I thought the operating level would be and went from there.

I lso ordered CAP adjustable strut bars today....so between the bars and the bushings I should have some caster available! 

I did find that I had to reem out the hole on the large washer they provide for the outside side of the new bushings.....the adjustment bolt wouldnt go thru it.....thought that was odd, but no biog deal....I have one arm hanging.....feels like things are finally coming together!
